Role Overview: This role performs diagnostic imaging procedures using CT scanners to produce detailed images that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. This role involves preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, ensuring radiation safety, and delivering high‑quality images while providing compassionate patient care.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience required
  • 1 year of EPIC Charting experience required
  • Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions
  • Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS
  • Community Hospital Experience preferred
  • Trauma Level II Experience preferred.
  • First time travelers reviewed based on experience.


Required Skills:
  • Abdomen and Pelvis
  • Work Settings: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, ICU, Pediatric Acute Care
  • Special Procedures: Brain perfusion, Coronary CTA
  • Spine and Musculoskeletal: Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracic
  • Chest: Chest without and/or with contrast, Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography), Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta)
  • Equipment: GE, PACS, Siemens
  • Head and Neck: Head without and/or with contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Trauma head
  • Isolation Precautions/PPE, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety, Venipuncture
  • Image Display and Post Processing
  • Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP)


Schedule:
  • Shift: 3x12 Nights Friday - Sunday & 7p-3a on Mondays (44 hours in total)
  • Float required if needed
