As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment flow for the Grace Federal Solutions team. This role requires high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate would develop unique and innovative tactics to hire and retain top talent. Focus would be on clinical positions such as Oncology Nurse, NP/PA, Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist, CMA, Traveling Nurse, etc.
Candidates must reside in North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and Kentucky to be considered.
This is a hybrid remote position.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Post job descriptions to internal and external recruiting boards and maintain internal job postings
- Source, review, screen, and interview candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate organization of new employee training
- Develop candidate attraction and sourcing strategies by effectively marketing opportunities, developing key relationships, and utilizing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver against urgent needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates
- Develop and qualify new business leads
- Position involves receiving and responding to a large volume of correspondence including emails, text and phone calls

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years experience as a Recruiter with 1-2 years of Healthcare Recruiting experience. Sales experience a plus.
- Must have a proven record of success and be able to operate a full desk
