2 years of experience in a CVICU/CTICU
Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
BLS, ACLS required via American Heart Association; NIHSS required
VA OR Compact License in hand at the time of submittal
EPIC Charting Proficiency Experience Required
Skills Required: Arterial line management; Blood Product Administration; Central line care/management; PICC line management; Starting IVs; Continuous IV sedation; Procedural Sedation Administration; Titrate Cardiac drips; Titrate Vasoactive drips; strong neuro experience required (post brain surgery, EVD exp/ventriculostomy); FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure; CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft); Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump; Impella; Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR); Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR); Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention; Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring; IV insulin protocols; CVVHD/CRRT; CVA/Acute Stroke management; Assist with management of BiPAP, CPAP; Care of Ventilated Patient; High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC); Interpretation of ABGs; Suctioning (ETT, NT); Ventilator Management; Infection Prevention; Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE; Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound VacSkills/Experience Preferred: Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing
