Grace Federal Solutions, LLC (Grace) is seeking a dynamic, talented Recruiter to join our team.

The recruiter is responsible for service excellence while managing the flow of recruitment for the Grace Federal Solutions team. This role would require high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate would develop innovative sourcing strategies to help attract and hire top talent. Focus would be on recruiting candidates for administrative/clerical, payroll, customer service, call center, clinical technicians, research support services and supply chain associate positions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Post job descriptions to internal and external recruiting boards and maintain internal job postings.
  • Source candidates through resume databases, search engines and networking sites using Boolean searches.
  • Review and qualify candidates who have applied via the ATS
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Work to deliver well qualified slates of candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate organization of new employee training.
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and build key relationships throughout the recruiting process.
  • Initiate communication and consistent follow up.
  • Position involves receiving and responding to a large volume of correspondence including emails, text and phone calls.
  • Work with Business Development to identify and secure new business.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Position would require the recruiter to prioritize and execute multiple searches at a time. A sense of urgency, and the ability to assess and make quick decisions about talent is required.
  • Provide accurate and regular recruiting reports of recruiting activity to manager.
  • Must have high-energy and great communication skills.
  • Experience with contingency  or contract positions
  • Self-driven and organized individual with the ability to multi-task
  • Exhibit excellent judgment and maturity in critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to collaborate and successfully build internal and external relationships.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a recruiter with 1-2 years of Clinical Recruiting experience. Demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
  • Experience with contingency or contract positions
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing and using recruitment technology such as ATS and social media tools
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
  • Experience staffing or recruiting for a teaching hospital a plus.
